1. What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and help us and our partners understand how the site is used.
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, session identifiers) on both our landing page (tyver.io) and our web app (app.tyver.io).
2. Categories of cookies we use
2.1 Necessary
The site and app cannot work without them. They do not require your consent.
- Authentication cookies on app.tyver.io — keep you signed in and your session secure.
- A cookie that remembers your choice in the cookie banner.
- Sentry — helps us find and fix technical errors. When an error occurs, it records browser data, IP address, and the technical context of the error. Not used for analytics or advertising.
2.2 Analytics
Help us understand what works well on the site and what doesn’t, so we can improve the product. Loaded only after your consent.

2.3 Marketing
Help us show Tyver ads to people who may find them useful and understand which ads work. Loaded only after your consent. If you decline, the service works exactly the same.

Service emails (confirmations, password resets, etc.) are sent regardless of this consent.
3. Payment Providers
When you pay, you may be redirected to one of our payment partners’ own sites. We do not store or directly process your card or crypto wallet details — this is handled by the providers themselves:
- Stripe — card payments
- Inxy — cryptocurrency payments
- Heleket — cryptocurrency payments
Data processing on these platforms is governed by each provider’s own privacy policy.
4. International Data Transfers
Some of the services listed above (Google, Meta, Mixpanel, Sentry) process data on servers outside the EEA, including in the US. Transfers to the US rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) and, otherwise, on the EU standard contractual clauses. Customer.io, in our configuration, uses EU-based hosting (the cdp-eu domain). For users in the EEA, Yandex Metrica and Webvisor are provided by a Yandex group company in the UAE (Air Smart Advertising Solutions FZ-LLC); data transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses. These services load only after you consent to analytics cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
- On your first visit, you’ll be asked to accept or reject optional cookie categories via a consent banner.
- You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the tyver.io footer or in your account (the “Legal information” section).
- You can also restrict cookies through your browser settings — note this may affect some site functionality.
6. Retention
Different cookies are stored for different periods — from session-only (deleted when you close your browser) to several years (typically 90 days to 2 years for most analytics and advertising cookies). Exact durations depend on each third-party service’s configuration.
